Bridging and Reconnecting eligible Cleveland residents by Ensuring Access and Delivery of service. Project BREAD is a community outreach program with the sole focus of identifying food stamp eligible low-income people and low-wage earners and assisting them with completing applications and preparing for the county food stamp intake interview.
Services Offered Through Project B. R. E. A. D.:
- Identify and assist eligible persons applying for food assistance and
Medicaid through outreach
- Provide nutrition information and education
- Maintain a Food Stamp Information Hotline
- Maintain outreach sites throughout Cuyahoga County
